Got the GPS to work thanks to the nice folks at GeoTerrestrial who make a wonderful tool called GPSToday. www.geoterrestrial.com
You have to set the external GPS settings to COM8, 38400 baud in the system settings . This is not setup by default at least with the WM6 upgrade.

Jus wanted to check with u to find out hw to set the COM port and the BAUD rate on MC35..
I mean where s the settings in the phone..or may be the steps :)
I have got sme issue with GPS tracking using a tracking program..the phone doesn give any location address..
Any help of urs is appreciated..
